Too pricey, long wait, bad quality.  Service rushed. I was starting to like this place until my last visit today. I was cut several times, the almond shape is not even close they were cut way too short did even check to ask me the length. One of my sister that also got her nails done they forgot to even add a tip which theu charged me 30 for.. never returning and will not recommend.

HORRIBLE 🤬
I use to be a regular customer and I loved Kim but after they got a new manager the place is REALLY BAD. The manager is terrible and he talk to you any kind of way. Not welcoming and VERY RUDE!!!!
It’s been 4 months and I’ll never go back

Messed up my nails and refused to fix them. Now, my nails look terrible. The manager even had the nerve to rudely argue with me when I politely asked for a couple of the nails to be fixed. I absolutely will not go back.

Worst nail place I have ever been to. Messed up my nails the first time, next day I returned to get them fixed -- still not fixed. I tried hard to keep my composure. I Will NEVER come here again.
