It was our first visit and very confusing. The hostess was not at all friendly, more like efficient. She acted like we should know what was going on which I found odd at a tourist destination like National Harbor. The noise level made it very difficult to communicate our orders and understand the directions provided. Maybe we are the only Nando's first timers at this location but I doubt it. The food was delicious and a good value for the price however, I'm not sure I would recommend this location to someone else.

Warm and friendly with huge windows for a good view of a busy, fun street. Great place to meet a friend. The carrot cake - oh my! It was the best ever!!

Like most restaurants in nationial harbor you will wait significantly to eat during peak hours. There was a large sign saying how much they appreciate service members so they were offering 20% off to active duty military. I came to find out service members must be in uniform to receive the discount. Why would anyone be at Nando's in uniform? The food is the only reason this Nando's gets 3 stars. But if you're already at nationial harbor, go somewhere else.

Who doesn't love chicken? The food here is all a bit spicy but man is it good!!! As an added benefit far more healthy then other chicken focused establishments. One of my favorite stops for lunch

Completely disorganized. You wait in line for 20 minutes to order and then find out they're out of stuff you want to order. Half the soda machines are broken and the ice cream machine is also out. Three out of four of us got our food, but the fourth person never got their meal. The disinterested cashier informed us that the food already went out... except we never got it. Had to ask them twice for it and it seemed like a big deal for them to remake it. I love Nando's but I won't visit this location again.
