Horrible place!!! Only wish I could give no stars. My husband has diabetes and had a low sugar episode on September 14 where he passed out. Immediately he made a appointment and told them that his blood sugar was not in control.Since then he has increasingly got weaker and has not felt good. He was given a appointment on November 11. Two months later, I long time I thought. He waited the two months but on November 10th at 5 PM he received a call saying that the doctor was leaving at noon ( reason never given) and he couldn't be seen now until January 10. Two more months. WOW!!! He asked if the doctor could call him or if the could fit him in. The woman on the phone said she would call back the next day. SURPRISE ....SHE NEVER CALLED BACK... DIABETES IS A VERY SERIOUS CONDITION AND SHOULD NOT BE TREATED SO BLASÉ. FIND ANOTHER DOCTORS OFFICE!

I am looking for a new doctor. This place is a joke, I want to leave them no stars, honestly. My anxiety medication has not been filled in 3 weeks, so I went there to see why. The receptionist was so rude, she kept cutting me off, asked me my birthday 5 times. I explained I had requested it from my pharmacy, but they didnt have approval. I said I didnt get a call saying I had an appointment. The receptionist tells me they shouldnt have cut me off thr medication like that. She then looks me up in the system and tells me the nurse practioner I saw there, no longer works there, and that I should have called, that this is my fault. They do not call or send out a letter when a doctor leaves, apparently the patient is supposed to be a mind reader. I dont understand why if they have a big sign saying, "Accepting New Patients" that they didnt put a current patient with one of the other doctors, notified me, and refilled my prescription. I guess, they just cancelled out my nect appointment and was waiting for me to notice. I told her I didnt know I was supposed to be a mind reader, and that she herself said I shouldnt have been cut off of a medication like that in that manner. So she caught an attitude with me and asked for the name of my insurance, and thats when I told her I will look for a new doctor instead, because treating people like that isnt right. I have anxiety and here is a doctors office blaming me for my prescription being cancelled because they cant keep doctors. That is not how a receptionist should be treating a patient, not very welcoming at all. Thats only my second time there. Horrible.

Went to see Dr. Yost. Receptionist let me stand at the window for 2 minutes before she acknowledged my existence. She just had to finish typing those 5 words in that email. 43 minutes later she came out to apologize for the delay. I commented that next time I would call to find out how far behind the dr. Was running. I was told that wasn't a good idea that I could lose my place in line. You really have no respect for your patients. After waiting 45 minutes I left. I think they were talking to me on my way out. That I could go back. Guess what this place is never getting any more of my money. Never saw Dr yost never will.
