I called them up looking for an Optima battery that was listed on NAPA’s website. I can’t remember the guys name that helped me but he was friendly and super helpful over the phone and offered to test the battery I was calling about. I was there within the hour to purchase it and it was on the counter, ready for me. I’ve always had good luck with NAPA and their staff, but this particular NAPA had employees that went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It was definitely a great experience and I’ll make sure to go back whenever I need parts for any of my vehicles.
