I understand how stressful it can be working with customers directly. Lourdes, the employee who was supposed to provide me prices on paint did not carry herself in a professional manner. Lourdes was having a casual conversation with another business who she could have spoken to after finishing my order. After I decided to leave since I was there well over half an hour waiting to get helped and place an order. This location lacks in customer service since it seems they have better customer service for customers who frequently are in business with them. Regardless whether you're always buying stuff from a business or not, every customer should be treated equally. This was my first and only time I will go to this Napa location. I made a comment to Lourdes, "Don't worry about it, I'll buy my paint somewhere else. You guys have really bad customer service." She decided to argue (yelling) in front of all the other customers waiting for assistance.

Knowledge and customer service are key to run a business, and they do both well to keep your car running at its best.

Napa seems to hire people who are much more knowledgeable than those at other parts stores in the area.
