I'm a Napa man through and through. I've always had positive experiences with them, especially when searching for hard to find parts and getting good advice.   

This store is not the Napa I know, and this store should not be allowed to use the brand.  Several times, I've went in and felt like I was inconveniencing them with my need for assistance.  As the other comments note, they do not provide acceptable service, and will leave you feeling you're a hassle, not a customer.  Not long ago, I'd had enough and I reached out to them via other channels to rectify this problem, which they assured me they would.  I've went back since, and it was the same negative experience and poor demeanor.  I'm done.

Do yourself a favor, if you want to shop Napa, make the short hop over to the Ellettsville Napa. It's not owned by the same folks as the Bloomington one.  They've always treated me right, and I think you'll agree.

Always feel helped every time I go in, have an older car so parts get swapped pretty often. Staff has always been friendly to me

This store is TRASH, the staff looks at you like your not supposed to be in there and are extremely hostile. Never been in such a horrible establishment.

Selection is not great, and the staff is hostile. I asked some dumb questions but I didn't feel like I deserved that much talking down. I left and found what I was looking for at Pep Boys on the West side.

Very unhelpful staff, the guy got an attitude when my husband asked for a tape measure to make sure the part was right....the part was wrong so its a good thing he checked.
