If you believe that social justice was invented by Hitler, that adults have to pay for human rights, and that the ultimate Christian virtue is to pull yourself up by your own bootstaps, than this church may be for you.  

But if you believe that, regardless of one's performance, the image of God makes every person priceless, worthy of life, and entitled to food, shelter, and dignity; if you believe that God helps the helpless rather than that God helps those who help themselves; and if James 2:16 has not been blacked out of your Bible, then you might want to find somewhere else to worship -- somewhere where Jesus looks a little less like a combination of Donald Trump, Glenn Beck, and Pollyanna.
