The furniture is okay. My bedroom is brown and I bought brown chest and nightstand but they delivered my bed in black. Why would I want a black bed if my furniture is brown. I called and complain and they did not really care. So if I want to exchange I would have to pay to deliver and set up again. Why? That is not my fault.

bed broke the day it arrived, called to get a replacement part and they said they would bring one out the next day. I waited 3 days and still no part. I called every day and had to remind them to come bring me the part. finally 3 days after i called they finally brought out the part. Each time i called they had to look up my information and i was on hold for more than 5 minutes. they were very blunt. The customer service is weak and the products are no good. do not buy from Nats

Run don't walk away from here. Not a member of BBB better business bureau.Have been waiting for a piece of furniture since may. have been told over and over on back over...called two other furniture stores and will have the piece of furniture within 10 days and has not been on back order as stated with Nats

I ordered two mattress and two bed covers from nats which is now named providence discount Furniture but I received my invoice the name on it is call pacific furniture (skeptical)I suppose have my items delivered to me the same day 2pm -6pm around 5 I called them and they told me the delivery was on its ways at to 6 o'clock I called back no one answered so the next morning I called them and told them the deliverers never delivered my items so I was told that they would someone deliver my thing in ten minute waited until 2oclock and I had to call them back back that time I had to threaten them about getting the cops and news involved before I received my items my advice to anyone who want purchase from there run find somewhere else to buy furniture.
