Love this place! I never know what I'm going to find. Usually, exactly what I'm looking for and then a bunch of other fun stuff too! They have a no return policy which is usually ok, unless you need to return something 😉, so make sure you really want it, or don't mind spending the money, knowing your stuck with it, if you don't like it or it's not right for you. Good customer service otherwise. They workers are always eager to help, very polite, friendly and courteous. The lady at the checkout/cash register is great! The staff always either carries big stuff out for me or wheels it out on a dolly. I like that you can order online for in-store pick up, too.

I love this place. This was my 2nd visit and they had everything I needed along with great advice. It was very clean and I walked around for almost an hour just looking around. Their prices were better than online businesses.

I belong to a Non-Profit Org in Cranston that was able to secure a new building. As you can imagine, we're on a tight budget and need to clear everything with our board of directors. Needless to say, they can be very hard to please. Enter Mike Mastrostefano, aka Magic Mike. In less than 30 minutes, we left with with much more than we thought possible and we couldn't be happier about it. From Mike to Bob to Ginny at the front desk, our experience was more than just superb execution wise. The staff are skilled, the inventory is constantly refreshing and they are priced for high turnovers. While launching a new building has been tough, this has absolutely been the highlight and in a way, makes me look forward to more growth for another chance to shop heavy at BSI. TLDR: GO HERE. FIND MAGIC MIKE MASTROSTEFANO. BE ESTATIC. YOU'RE WELCOME.
