Gives a Bad name to Attorney’s & ruins trust between clients. Wow, what a mistake it was to hire this attorney! My Grandmother was involved in an accident, we hired this attorney since he was a family acquaintance. After some time it turned out the insurance company called her to notify that they had sent out a check for her a MONTH PRIOR and he had not notified her. When she tried calling him at his office, cell, and home to find out what the issue was, he would not return her phone calls. She finally was able to get a hold of him and he made up some Bogus story of why he could not return her calls and said he had to deposit the check in his account first. This guy did NOT have the decency nor the moral obligation to contact my Grandmother and let her know!!! After that he found out that she already knew about the money, and several attempts to reach him, he finally wrote her a check. A Month and a half went by after the insurance sent it out to the attorney without him notifying her. This goes against the bar and the oath that an attorney swears by. If you want to be swindled please go to this guy. I know plenty of others who have been swindled by this character. Not worth the time, money, or stress!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GUY IF YOU WANT ANY REAL RESULTS OR IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR CASE OR SITUATION! He is a perfect example of why People call lawyers thieves! He will charge you a retainer fee,  then  once paid,  he will pay no attention to your case or even read through it. He will have his helpers with no credentials try n figure it out but never work on the case himself. I know of 4 other people he charged an upfront fee of $2,500-$3,500 and then did NOTHING in their case. NOT WORTH THE TIME!

Unethical and I agree that he does not exercise his fiduciary responsibility to clients but, rather milks them with long dragged out continuance in whiney voice.

I have had the experience to watch Mr. Aguilar handle a child support /custody case whereby my wife is attempting to have his client, biological father, pay child support.

My negative review of Mr. Aguilar stems for his failure to communicate with the biological father a desire for my wife to reach an agreement on the matter without any further court appearances.

Aguilar has wasted a significant amount of time generating continuances at every court hearing (based on deception) and is one of those attorneys you would hope to never run into. 

At the end of the day, the biological father will pay more in child support than he would have if Mr. Aguilar would have just sat down with my wife to reach an agreement  when it was presented to him.  It is also going to cost his client a hefty and unnecessary attorney bill.  

If you want a results oriented Attorney that exercises a fiduciary responsibility to his clients, then there are plenty of other options out there.
