I was in a bit over my head when selling a condo and the Nathan Clark team really helped me out. 

They were able to get me multiple offers before I even officially had my place on the market. Bob Carello was very knowledgeable and checked in with me through the whole process. I would definitely go through them again if I were buying or selling.

My wife and I have used other Real Estate Agencies in the past.  We had resigned ourselves to the fact that we'd never be able to sell our home.  I had heard of Nathan Clark on the radio, and to be honest it all sounded too good to be true.  I am so glad to say that it IS true. This company is amazing. Our agent, John St Martin was impressive to say the least. He's experienced, professional, and an extremely hard worker. Always answered our calls, great advice on many topics, and very easy to work with. Our home was listed on a Wednesday, and in the next 5 days we had almost a dozen buyers schedule a time to look at our home.  That's all we needed, as we accepted one of multiple offers on the house. This company gives their clients everything as advertised!!  I would highly recommend Nathan Clark, and if you're lucky enough to have John St Martin as your agent, you'll be more than pleased with the results!!

Joe Turcone was personable and excellent, he made the experience smooth and understandable. I did not feel forced to purchase any home in particular and he did his due diligence to find the homes that we to my liking. All the logistics were broken down and understandable and very quick to find answers for me.

First time selling a home and Nathan Clark's team was excellent not only to me being the seller but to my buyer as well.  I received full asking price for my home.  My agent James Girardi went above and beyond for me and the buyer as well.

Bob and the Nathan Clark Team did a great job finding my fiancé and I our first house. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure that we were knowledgeable about all the houses that we looked at. He came prepared with information and printouts on every house that we toured. Once we found the house that we really wanted, he used his expertise to put in an educated offer that quickly got accepted. After that he fully explained everything that we were signing and answered all questions that we had. 100% would recommend the Nathan Clark team and their excellent agent Bob.
