Jay and his team at National Appliance Warehouse are amazing! We had a need to replace our refrigerator and dishwasher pretty quickly. They got us an incredible deal with quick delivery (within two days) and the install team was AWESOME! They even offered to help us find a solution for our failing fridge while we were waiting for delivery and in need of keeping food cool. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and courtesy! They have a customer for life!

Absolutely love and highly recommend the National Appliance Warehouse.  We purchased a Speed Queen Washer / Dryer set.  Our representative was Scott Hutchinson.  We really appreciated the vast knowledge of the product lines we were considering as well as the diligence in which the delivery team showed during the install.  We are going back this week for our new refrigerator.  Again, highly highly recommend.  God bless!

This is hands down the best place to shop for appliances.  We purchased a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine refrigerator, washer and dryer there in 2015 ad loved our experience  with Mark and the staff.  We needed another dishwasher for a different property last year and received the same great service and prices.  After redoing  our kitchen, we found out that we are moving again.  We just left National Appliance Warehouse after purchasing all new appliances for our new house. There is no reason to shop elsewhere. The prices are great, the staff is very helpful and extremely knowledgable, making for a fantastic experience.  We will be back for a fourth time in the near future.

Jaron couldn't have been more helpful; in fact, *every* employee we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. The price was good, communication was excellent, and delivery was actually earlier than the window they gave (which I know might bother some people, but I was happy to have my freedom either sooner than they expected--they were actually done the install and out the door a few minutes before the delivery window officially opened!). I hadn't visited before and only went now because they were one of the few Speed Queen dealers in the area, but I'll definitely be back for future purchases!

***Update*** 12/25/2017.
This past month I had to buy a new dryer and microwave. Joe stepped up again and steered me in the right direction. Thank you for a continued positive experience. It is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Joe for making my appliance purchasing experience the best it could be. Your product knowledge and guidance was invaluable. Very happy with the washing machine LG WT7600HWA. Processed order on Wednesday, delivered next day by 2. Delivery guys executed a very professional install and setup (even ran the machine through a test fill and drain cycle as part of the delivery service). Very  thorough. 

If there is a science to selling and servicing appliances focusing on a positive customer experience... Joe K. has it figured out.
