We were looking for bedroom furniture and a new couch we started in the other Wilmington store to find out the living room furniture was at the other store.  We had a great experience at the first store and our sales person Jim said he would call the other store and tell them we were coming.  We did get there late around 15 minutes before they closed.  We really just wanted to take a quick look around.  We were barely in the door when we were stopped by a surly looking gentleman who stopped us in our tracks.  We apologized and said we knew it was kind of late they were the last words I was able to get out of my mouth before he told us they were closing in 5 minutes.  It was very cold and rude and when I responded with wanting to just look around he said to us how about tomorrow.  I was so annoyed I just walked out the door my husband tried to stay but after a few minutes he came also.  It wasn't just what he said but how he said it.  A definite sale lost.  I will never come back.

Always friendly staff that are willing to help out any way they can. I have purchased now a few times from them and everything went perfectly they carry high quality furniture brands like flexsteel. Everything from knowledge to price to delivery went great.

Don't waste your time or money on the "Platinum Coverage." 5 years, my a$$!?!?! When I purchased my outdoor patio set, I purchased the so called 5 year Platinum Protection plan. It's been about 4 years, the fabric is starting to wear out and now it's accumulating algae. I called, and apparently it's not covered. I know it's been 4 years, and I applaud it for lasting as long as it did, but I paid for a 5 year guarantee. The material is wearing out, they should cover it. Ask a lot of questions, read the fine print carefully before spending the money on the so called Platinum Protection"

We have made two purchases here thus far. The experience has been positive. During one of our recent purchases, store manager Joyce went out of her way to accommodate a request by us even though she really didn't have to. Overall, a friendly and professional staff and good furniture collection albeit a bit pricey.
