Great service
Will is my sales guy. I was literally in and out of there quickly! Even though I was a little indecisive - he did not pressure me. He had a lot of patience with me and my family! Thanks Will!!! Update on my review - I've had my car for almost over a month now and I've been getting great customer service ever since. I think I got a good reliable car. I had an issue with it within 2 weeks, my check engine light came on which is normal and since they have the warranty for 30 days they fixed it for free. Side note! My warranty was over!! And they still took care of it. This morning I got back from my $25 oil change. My light bulb went out inside my car too and they fixed that as well FREE!! 
That was very nice of them!! Thank you National Auto Sales for being my first Buy here Pay here!!

Will, my salesperson, did his job and was fine but the service center is horrendous. AVOID AT ALL COST, from the extremely rude contact person to the pitiful phone girl leaves me amazed at what people will employ these days with so many good qualified people out there looking for work. Was telling good about my purchase but worried now that it might have been only skin deep. 
I had arranged to take my car to have things fixed which was no problem. As I went in and Chase and I went over the things that needed to be fixed,  i explained to him if it was going to take a while then I would need to  get a rental care or schedule a time to bring  it back since I was busy with it being my only day off in 3 weeks. So after waiting for about 20 mins I inquired as to what they were going to fix and how long these things would take. Only be told it would take all day what in the world did I bring it in for. I was speechless knowing that I was now stranded for who knows how long. Finally car was brought back to me with new problems. I can only pray from here on out I guess

Chris and the entire staff is beyond AMAZING !!!! I had no issues with my first car it lasted a lot longer than any other used card I had but unfortunately I had a car accident and it was totaled. No sweat I came right back to National Auto Sales where I knew I would be treated with the upmost respect and there would be no gimmicks in my car purchase. They always have something that suits me. Chris you are AWESOME thank you for being genuine !

I REALLY enjoyed my experience today. Joe DaSilva was very helpful! I bought my first car today. He taught me so much about purchasing a vehicle. It felt like I was being helped by a father. He is such a great salesman.

I had a wonderful experience. I previewed a car online through the company's website and came in wanting to buy it, but the car I wanted was already sold. Victor showed me the rest of their selection and I ended up leaving with a newer car than the one I wanted! Great customer service and prices are reasonable and true to what's advertised. The low down payment was awesome. I traded in my Jeep and only paid 200 out of pocket. Victor was friendly, willing, and did what he had to do to get me into a car that night. This is my first time financing and I’m just starting to build credit so I knew there was a chance I wouldn’t be approved, but Victor managed to get me into 2013 Volkswagen Passat. The cars were super clean and in well condition. My parents are even wanting to go back and get themselves a new car!
