The new managers were great! Mark and Ray were both extremely helpful with figuring out an issue with a warranty from over a year ago before either one of them even worked there. They were both very personable and made the overall experience pleasant. Before today, I probably would not have gone back there. After my encounter with them today, I definitely would do business there again. United auto brokers made a great decision in hiring both of them!

From the beginning of my sales experience to the very end, Sammy was absolutely FANTASTIC!   He eagerly welcomed me into the showroom, where we looked at several vehicles within my specifications.  After confirming my choice, he quickly informed the General Manager (Andrew) and began to complete the paperwork.  After assessing the value of my trade-in, Andrew worked diligently to get the best possible interest rate for me, despite the current status of my credit. Once financing was obtained, Sammy helped me transition my personal items from my old car to the new one--I drove away very satisfied...Thanks Sammy and Andrew for everything!!!

This dealer deserves 0 stars but that isn't an option.  We hope that this review will help others not to be taken advantage of the way that we were.  We bought a car from them over 2 years ago.  Days after we go it, it broke down and we had to do major repairs.  Of course they did not stand behind it.  At this point we knew it was a bad place to buy a car but felt we had no recourse. From the very beginning of owning the car we felt that it seemed like it had way more miles on it than it said on the odometer.  As it turns out we were right.  Even though they had shown us a car fax that confirmed it's mileage and signed the Odometer disclosure statement, it turns out they had left a page out of the car fax which showed where the miles had been turned back which was right after an accident that was also on the missing car fax sheet.  We recently went to trade the car in and the manager at the dealer showed us the actual car fax.  DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.  THEY KNOWINGLY SOLD US A CAR THAT CLEARLY SHOWS ON CAR FAX THAT IT HAD THE MILES ROLLED BACK!  We are contacting a lawyer and will be holding them accountable.  Frankly, after reading all of the reviews that describe their unethical and in my cases illegal business practices, we are surprised they are still in business.

Sam the financial manager know his stuff and he was cool if you are looking for a high end car this is one of the places you should go to.only thing stick to you budget that is  very important

If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst service I’ve ever had in my life. I was making payments and was not getting credit for my payments. Went there to talk to them and no one has a clue what I’m talking about. SNAKES!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! AFTER YOU SIGN GET READY TO GO TO COURT LIKE I AM!!!!
