They charge me $300 to install upper and lower Moog ball joints that I purchased also got an alignment the lead tech worked on my car and didn't put my brake caliper bolts in then the owner didn't want to fix the privlem was going to leave me stranded on the side of the road told me over the phone he wasn't responsible for making sure my car was put back together, also I'm not sure after you pay $80 for an alignment if your car is supposed to pull to the right

I give customer service to this place. The manager at the front is super friendly, smart, and doesn't want to screw you out of money! I give this place that! What they need to overhaul is their techs. Train them better or replace. I went there about a month ago for a 2nd opinion on my vehicle regarding the engine and CV boot on my axle that another place told me was bad. They told me everything was FINE. That week I noticed a strange humming while driving and chirping noise coming from the front driver wheel. Took it back and ironically that same boot a week prior they told me was fine all a sudden was throwing grease everywhere. I also told them I was SURE the wheel bearing on the same side was out because of the high pitch humming while driving and chirping noise. They told me they would check it out. They changed the CV boot and told me the wheel bearing (on the same side) was fine. And the humming was due to a "aggressive" tire. My gut told me to go to another shop. I did. The first question I was asked after the inspection was, "Who the hell changed your CV boot?" I told them. Then they said that the failed to recognize that that wheel bearing was DESTROYED. They showed me the bearing after it was taken out and I couldn't believe it. Why would they disregard it? I told them I thought it was the bearing, and they insisted it was a aggressive tire. Once this shop did the wheel bearing chirping and humming completely gone. I'm a little sad because I really had faith in this place.

This Is a great place to go!  Several of my friends told me about this place they all bring the entire family of car to them.   I called AAA about them as they are approved by them.  AAA had everything good to say about them.   I visited last week for the first time and everything I had heard was true.  Friendly competent and informed staff.   I inquired about the person who complained about everything being dirty and apparently that is a disgruntled former employees wife.   I informed the owner today about this so he can dispute this review!   I am having my son bring his car in soon.  Great people that you can count on!  AAA approved as well you cant go wrong!!!
