If it wasnt pain in the neck to change banks i would not at all happy with them .

I love this bank. When you call an actual person answers the phone and is always helpful. They hold our mortgage, and most of our personal accounts. Having been a customer at bigger “Bank of America” like banks... we really appreciate the contrast and Bank of Midd’s more personal style.

I don't think they treet their customers very well.

This is the only bank in Middlebury!
