If I could give zero stars I would. I would never recommend anyone to do business here. I originally started with aarons is 2016 and it was great. The manager( it was a man but he is no longer there) was great. Never had an issue. So long story short, I would always go into the location to pay my bill on time ! One month is was late, I think a day or too because i couldn't get there in time. Tell me why these people at aarons decided to go into my bank account collect their funds !!!!! Without my permission !!!!!!! I go into the location and I said i did not authorize you to take any money from my account. They said we have your card number and signature I said let me see it. The "manager" wearing Uggs and sweat pants looking extra unprofessional said no I couldn't see it. So i get pissed, eventually she lets me look at it but not touch lmaooo I'm not even going to tell that story. Anyways.......i said where does it show I signed up for auto pay (which they swore up and down I signed for)and I did not see any place where I checked off auto pay. The cherry on top !!!!! For months they continued to debit my account whether I had the money or not. Claiming i signed up for auto pay. I called the corporate office and they continued to charge my account without consent. My question is, if i was signed up for auto pay, why wasnt my payments being deducted from the beginning? Why was i paying cash with no issue? Nothing was done up until the last month when I gave them the amazing furniture that I wanted to keep back. Don't ever do business with this location you will regret it. The manager is terrible, they are unprofessional and when you wanna give the furniture back after all the horrible service they give you hard time with pickup. I wish I never gave them money. I want it all back. I took the time to write this review because as a manager myself, I would never treat my customers this way and after they called me today to pay a bill on furniture that i gave back in the beginning of July. I decided this was enough.

Manager and the other staff was not honest regarding the delivery. It was my first time trying to purchase something from Aaron's and I've had an atrocious experience. I was lied to two days in a row. I was unable to make two days of work cause of misleading information about the delivery. First they said their driver was injured- the first day of promised delivery and the second day of "promised" delivery- I was told that the merchandise will be delivered between 10 am to 2 pm which later became 2 pm to 8 pm. Nonetheless, no delivery was made and my husband asked them to cancel the order. And they had the audacity to tell me that I have to drive all the way to their store to cancel my order. I made a payment, no goods were delivered, I missed two days of work and I was LIED to by the manager and the Latino lady on the phone. Please take your business elsewhere. Ordering furniture should not cause stress in life! Never again AARONS!!!! Never.. especially this location- Staff not honest. *UPDATED* They called me and said they will definitely deliver my merchandise today. Let's see if they keep the third promise. I will update the review afterwards. May 12, 2017 So my furniture was delivered, they were having issues with their delivery driver. I just wish they were honest with me. Nonetheless, they delivered and set up my furniture nicely. One of their store employee's came to set up the furniture with the delivery personnel. So I definitely appreciate that. I have updated my review from one star to three star. And I hope this review helps people who are thinking of making a purchase. I just had issues with the delivery, everything else went good. I'm liking the merchandise so far, the bed frame seems a little flimsy but I haven't had any issue yet.

The manager was highly disrespectful! my father ordered a bedset two weeks ago. the merchandise never came. he was told that one of the pieces was in a warehouse in the bronx. we came in the store to get a refund and she became very disrespectful! she called my father a liar and told him he cant have his money because she doesn't have cash in the store. this looks very bad on aaron's as a company. NO customer should be treated with such disrespect. my father never raised his voice and the manager continue to act very unprofessional. we have used aarons for years and never been treated this way! as a manager , you are supposed to accommodate every customers expectations! highly higly disappointed! never going back!

Bought fridge last tuesday its a week and still dont have it they wont give the money back noe would they let me pick it up myself they keep say its in the truck really the worst place
