I don't give five stars, but I'll make an exception.  I was sitting around the dining table with friends recently, and insurance came up in the conversation, and I discover they were clients of the McKinney Agency for a long time also.  Our experience with them goes back years (over 20 for me, personally).  None of us had anything negative to say about them (others at the table had had bad experiences with two competitor insurance companies).  What can I say?  They have always -- always -- been there for me and mine.  You want nothing more and nothing less from an insurance company.  Most recently Doug McKinney helped me to secure a builder's risk policy.  The kicker?  The agency doesn't do builder's risk policies.  Instead of saying "Nah, we don't do that." and hanging up the phone, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the insurance product I need (and quickly, and reasonably priced, too).  That kind of customer service is difficult to find these days.

I have been a loyal customer of the McKinney agency since 1985. My parents were customers starting in 1982. We have always been happy with their service and will never go to another agency! Thanks guys for all you do!!

I have dealt with many insurance companies over the years.  McKinney Insurance has excellent customer service and great prices!!  I definitely can highly recommend them.  Dr. JoJo Yonce

As a loyal customer for about three years, I was shocked that my rep left as she was the best customer service person I had ever met. Moving my business elsewhere!

I switched my insurance to the McKinney Agency approximately 1 year ago and could not be happier. Chad and his staff are true professionals. I saved quite a bit of money over what I had been paying when I switched, with the same or even upgraded coverage. Any questions or concerns I have had have been handled promptly and to my satisfaction. As a result of my great satisfaction with their work, I have referred several friends and business associates to McKinney Insurance and expect to send more their way in the future!
