The individuals at Phil Crisp have been unequivocally the nicest, most straight forward, helpful and insightful insurance agents I have ever had, and at one point in my life I bought insurance through a family member so that should say something. I actually had two different reps that I was working with over the 3-4 years I have been with Phil Crisp. Never once was I redirected or passed off; when I was told my agents were no longer with the company I was helped immediately by the first available Agent/Rep, and they treated me like they had been working with me the whole time. I work in a commercial customer service position at my company and I know that ridiculous requests and frequent customer concerns can be frustrating. I recently had to file a claim after my wife was hit by another driver. I was riddled with anxiety and frustration since I have never had to place a claim, and like most I had some preconceived notions about insurance companies. Nationwide helped guide me through trying to strong arm the other parties insurance into paying the claim and when that didn't work they said, "well that's all you can do, now it's our turn." They helped me process my claim in a timely fashion and with great enthusiasm and confidence took my claim to subrogation against the other party's insurance. While they are still working out how that will all shake out I can't praise them enough for what they have done so far. If and when they will my claim and get me my deductible back I may very well have to post again!

I have had insurance with Phil Crisp for 8 years and have never been more satisfied. I looked around at other agencies before making my final decision to go with Phil Crisp's Agency, and no other place was as friendly, and informative. They answered all of the questions I needed to be answered, and beyond. The staff made me feel at home with their care and concerns for my well-being. Love this place and recommend it to all in the Triangle area! Great service and great policies are what make Phil Crisp's Agency the best! Thank you!
