I am giving them a one star just because that's the minimum, but they don't even deserve that. I switched from Bank of America a few months ago thinking I had made a good decision... NOT. I overdrafted my account and they charged me for transactions even when I had a positive balance. Their excuse is simple, on their end, it shows something different. They refunded me for only one fee after complaining, and that was done as a courtesy. Ha, what a joke. They claim having the ATM receipts and using their online banking is not accurate. I am definitely doing my business elsewhere because this company is garbage.

Issued my initial checks with some other guy's bank account number on it.  They didn't know what happened, or what was going on after repeated inquiries.  Brought checks in and they "generously" offered to replace them for free after my checks bounced and I paid returned check fees to landlord, utilities, etc.  6 months on, they removed free checking, and charged $5 a month for using check card at ATM or at register, even if you don't have a bare bones account.  Happy to charge fees, difficult to work with.  Massive and corporate.
