So I've been here several times and every style that i get comes right down a week later, they would not fix it all. So my mom decided to go get her hair done and I told her not to go but she did. They cut her hair and she has some long her hair and of course they didn't fix it.
But the funniest thing happened when I braided my own hair a few of their customers asked me how much i charge and natou tried to fight me because of it 😂. My advice to her was if she wanted to live then walk back in your shop. Do yourself a favor if you want your hair done professionally go on branch ave to the "hair braiding club". They are the best

Bad BAD BAD services. They charge extra 4 your length hair. $200 down to your bra strap???? Never out in 5 hours or less because they talk too much and take too many breaks. They do each other's hair while customers sit nd wait on a specific braider to finish eating. They also compare their work to the Americans saying that they are better. Disrespectful group of African women!

Horrible experience. Natou must have employed people who just got off the slave ship. Unprofessional! Money grubbing woman who don't take pride in their work. My advice to you is simple, skip it. My advice to Natou is to watch out for who you leave to run your shop. Especially since there are so many other braiding salons in the neighborhood. 😡😩😞😟😧 Poor experience
