Soo went there this morning 02/16/18 only to get my brows done,not my hairline. Thats right.. My hairline. The dude that did my brows took off my hair line on one side and gonna say he will give me a $2.00 discount. I walked out.. then I get home and notice I focused so much on my hairline I didnt notice he jacked my brows ALL THE WAY UP..

Worst place ever ! Tried to charge $35 for a nail polish change . And eyebrows were noticeably two different shapes . Never go here ! Seriously

This use to be a great shop.... but now terrible. Tracy the shop owner doesn't get to work until 12pm, however the shop opens at 10a. So unprofessional, unorganized,  they aren't reliable anymore.  I live over an hour away, to come to this shop.  😩😩😔😔😔👎👎👎

if i could give zero stars i would ! Ive been there twice within the year ive lived in this area. once was because i was new to the area and was trying them out and they failed. First i was not satisfied with the shape simple square like i always get instead he gave me blocks for nails and when i asked him to to make them the actual size of my nail he gave me attitude and just filed them shorter then the polish was sloppy. why should i have to ask my nail tech to remove the access polish that like having to tell mcDonalds to put salt on your fries.... any way as you can tell i was not satisfied which the service at all but i did not want to make a fuss so i paid and said id never come back. The second time i was going out of town the next  day and needed my nails done immediately. this is what i get for cheating on my nail tech smh!!!  i went to top nails even though i said i would never the guy who did my nails this time had a better attitude tried to make me feel comfortable. everything was fine until we got to the polish. i choose a light pink but i didnt want it to do the 100 coats of polish challenge. he put about 4 coats (not including clear coat ) of REGULAR POLISH on my nails so they looked thick and i absolutely hate that look on me and i told him it is to thick and he just kept saying it make color pop honey .... moral of the story they dont care about what the customer wants

Although friendly the wait was horrible. Got a Gel set and my nails aren't even shiny like a gel polish would be, they are very dull. Also uneven and the gel polish does not have a smooth finish. It's like something is trapped under the polish. Would not recommend. Would not go back.
