Story

Working to make gluten free great. Care and attention to detail often lost in today's industrialized food system: whole grain brown rice (from nearby fields), freshly milled at a dedicated gluten free facility a few miles up the road; free range eggs delivered from a family farm just outside our town; locally sourced olive oil; And when the time comes to deliver the product, we assure that your fresh baked goods don't sit for months in a warehouse before they come to your table. Worth it? Resoundingly, yes! Real food, great health, delicious quality of life.

Mission

Making your life better by making the food on your table better, and better for you. Only fresh, local ingredients, and traditional methods of preparation. We eliminate proteins that cause many individuals to experience inflammation and a myriad of resulting disease processes.

Products include sliced sandwich bread, cinnamon bread, cinnamon rolls, bagels, baguettes, hamburger buns, all purpose rolls, pizza, brownies, chocolate chip and sugar cookies, muffins, cookie dough, ravioli, fettucine, lasagana, linguine, and a variety of entrees.
