The Dr. and his wife are the most passionate animal people I've been around.....He combines a natural holistic approach as well as more traditional remedies if needed. When you know the people treating your dog truly care about the well being of the animal the entire experience is much more encouraging. In my search for a holistic vet for our dog that has cancer I found this gem of a place. I called to see what type of treatments they offer and immediately was rushed off the phone and told to visit the website for info and pricing. I went to the website and it doesn't have any pricing, very unorganized looks like it was made many years ago. I called back and asked for some assistance because I couldn't find the info on their website as I was told. The doctors wife got short and sounded annoyed with me because I was trying to get information about their business. Not the type of people or place I would want to take my family member (our dog) to in time of need. I want to deal with compassionate people and these people are not compassionate at all.

The customer care was nasty even years ago. I'm actively looking a holistic vet that is aligned and compassionate--not cold and defensive.

Dr Bernstein saved my dogs life. He is caring and gentle. He takes the least harmful approach to healing.

I find them to be very caring and have helped my geriatric dog like no other vet has been able to. They treat & try to find the cause not just the symptoms.
