I highly recommend Nature Coast Primary Care. They are committed to improving every aspect of their medical facility. Even after the lost of Dr. Gonzalez, they have never failed me in any area of my medical care. I thank everyone there.

While waiting for my new patient appointment I got sick and they were great about getting me in on the same day! All the staff was very kind and the doctors were very thorough and listened to my concerns. I am looking forward to many years with them.

For nearly 20 years, my wife and I have called upon the services of Dr. Gonzalez -- and his colleagues and staff -- and have experienced not just competence but expertise. thoroughness, caring and friendliness.

First of all I would not recommend this office because they communicate very poorly. I was originally scheduled for an appointment and they did not make me aware that the appointment was scheduled at a different office location. When I arrived to my appointment they made me aware of this and caused me to be even later to my appointment. Second they will not see you unless you have your paperwork filled out prior to your appointment which I think is ridiculous considering you are always waiting to see a physician regardless and they also require you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment which again seems unreasonable hence why I scheduled an appointment for the designated time. Third they would not see me because I did not have my prescription bottles which again I find very interesting since you can call a Pharmacy and verify the medications that you're taking without providing the bottles themselves. As a patient I feel that I am more than able to provide my medications in a written format instead of providing a physical bottle. Considering it is difficult to find a physician in Hernando County this is very discouraging to me considering I moved to the area not long ago and looking for a physician to establish with. However for now I will continue to go to my primary care in St. Petersburg since a primary care provider in Hernando county is difficult to find.

Dr. Jerry Jacobs is amazing! He is patient, knowledgable, and genuine. I never feel rushed and dr. Jacobs is always willing to answer any questions. I'm so glad I found nature coast center for primary care.
