I agree with the comment about "horrible customer service..." They act all nice at the store in person (fake) but are fake... I returned an almost $300 jacket at the store & found out later he wrote down that the customer (me) tore the jacket??? Instead of replacing a delaminating jacket, they accused me of personally tearing it... I barely wore the jacket (only at night casually), 
& it was only less than 1 month old. I even took it to Rei & Montbell stores to ask what they thought & they said it's delaminating! I'm never going back to this local "supposed sustainable high-end" store. And... I'm a local P-Town Portland State University graduate guy... Nau Portland Brand Clothing = Erroneous employees + defective/horribly made really expensive clothing! Answer = Rip Off! Fellow P.S.U students & graduates don't shop at this store! :)

I really like the design aesthetic at NAU. Also, they back their products. We had problems with the pockets on their first generation coats and they fixed them promptly.
