Every single time I have gone their the civilian employees have gone out of their way to treat you like a 3rd class citizen. Courtney in med records (civilian in guessing supervisor) decided to make up her own policies, which is they only help hospital staff, and told me to kick rocks (my language) because she didn't want to help me. FYI active duty members are entitled to their electronic records at any DOD hospital REGARDLESS!!!!!! Especially ones who were greatly injured in the line of duty and are being med discharged because of it. The base CO, which I know holds high standards, should be ashamed of how cicvilan employees treat active duty members.

I've been to hospitals around the world and in the US. This is the best one I've experienced so far. The doctors are top notch and the staff professional. If my mother wanted to visit a hospital it would be this one.

I read the reviews and thought hum the bad reviews must be from difficult people, I registered to have my baby here I went in with extremely strong contractions they turned me away because I was dilated at 3 only 1 day away from due date, I went back a 2nd time hours later because the pain was agonizing they said you're dilated at 3 or 4 we would admit you but we have too many women in labor currently, the doctor said "we have 3 women in labor right now!" Yes only 3! So he turned me away he told me "We're not admitting you and if you come back I can assure you, you're not having this baby today but you are in active labor but since its slow labor so we're not giving you a bed" my Contractions were 3 to 4 min apart, So I walked around the hospital for an hour and went back because I felt I was dying and the baby was going to fall out of me, I heard the staff making fun of me and laughing at me as I walked back in excruciating pain... Well I was dilated at 6!!! And they rudely admitted me 4 hours later I had my baby! The day shift in labor and delivery sucked but the night shift team was great. If you don't mind suffering like a dog for 10 hours before being admitted while you are in active labor then come here but if you want to be treated with Integrity and respect by labor and delivery go somewhere else its worth the 15 min drive, I work in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital and the only time we don't take a patient is when every bed is filled or there is no Nurse they had the team, they had the nurse's they lacked the COMPASSION, I was so disappointed to tell my coworker's about my experience they were disgusted.. For this being my first baby experience, I will NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE which is a Shame because I don't want to throw night shift under the bus they we're great! and once I left labor and delivery the care I received on the other units was great God bless Night Shift!!

Went to go get my Alta notes. My area branch clinic hasn't had rights to get them for three weeks. I was told they can't get them for me as there is 20,000 people in front of me and it would take 60-90 days.

Excellent care through Labor and Delivery, as well as Family Medicine. We've been patients here since 2010 and have never had an issue. Our children are well taken care of, and the facility is superb.
