This place is unreal. You don't feel like a number compared to other gyms. This is a family owned business and when you join you become part of the barbell family. Nothing else like it!

I live near this gym and the people are so rude that park on the street.  Littering, loud music. Turning around in peoples driveways. Speeding. The gym may be a good place to go but there patrons are rude to the neighbors they live around it.

Best gym around. Twin City barbell (power lifting club) is also located inside the gym. If you want to so something other than run on a treadmill for an hour, this is your best bet
