Sweat Like A Girl is an awesome women’s fitness gym based in Lehigh Valley. We are proud to offer a place where women of all sizes, ages, shapes, and cultural backgrounds can come together and experience fabulous workouts in addition to feeling great about themselves and each other. Our classes include pole fitness, HIIT, Tabata, Rise & Grind bootcamp, indoor cycling, Pilates, Yoga, hula-hooping, stretch, aerial silks, personal training, and more. It is a place where women of all sizes, ages, shapes, and cultural backgrounds can come together and experience fabulous workouts in addition to feeling great about themselves and each other! I love it! I've only gone to a few of the classes but I highly recommend it to everyone and anyone. The class sizes are perfect and Heather is just so helpful. You instantly feel comfortable being here and I've never left feeling unsatisfied. Definitely the best classes I've ever taken.

I love the workouts at Sweat Like A Girl.   They are demanding and fun. Heather is a fantastic teacher with a firm grasp of proper fitness techniques. Her sunny and irrepressible good humor make classes lively and enjoyable. 
Adrienne, who teaches Barre class, is friendly, gives you a muscle screaming workout, and never makes you feel out of place even if you never took a dance class in your life(like me).

Sweat Like A Girl is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. They have great trainers. The instructors are always helpful and motivate you to do your best. I enjoy this gym, and I am happy to be a member.

The workouts, instructors, and general vibe are THE BEST. It’s probably the first time I felt like sticking with something because there’s so much variety and classes scheduled. Don’t be afraid to email, call, or ask questions they’ve always been nice and ready to help

I absolutely LOVE Sweat Like a Girl! I joined this gym because of their great review and variety of classes. I mostly do pole classes but I've tried spinning, sweat camp, and more. The instructors are all incredibly nice and helpful. I don't live in the area otherwise I'd go to more classes and become a member but even one day a week at Sweat Like a Girl is totally worth it!
