I am always 100% satisfied with NB Liebman furniture. My husband and I recently purchased furniture for our new 4 seasons room. Lynn Knight, sales representative and designer, spent three hours assisting us with our selection. Lynn is extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. She has a great personality and made our three hours in the showroom a wonderful experience. 
Jen in the credit office was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery team arrived exactly as scheduled and quickly hauled and arranged our purchases .
We received a follow-up call from the customer service desk that same afternoon checking to see if we were satisfied with our purchases. 
I will continue to be a loyal NB Liebman customer. Thank you for exceeding our expectations.

My husband and I have been shopping all day from furniture store to furniture store and finally decided to see what was available here. Walking in, Steven greeted us but seemed very uninterested in any business from us. He directed us to go upstairs and look around. After looking around and making our way back down the stairs we continued to look around at the bedroom sets. We were incredibly uncomfortable noticing a lot of looks and whispers to other coworkers from Steven and in general glances at us and yes we did hear the remarks made about us from the employees. He finally approached us and asked if there was anything we took interest to, I told him how beautiful the one set was but was hoping for more storage. He had no words but snarled at us. My husband thanked him and we walked out.  We were completely prepared to purchase a bedroom set if we found one we loved that much but because of the treatment we received I'd rather pay double to another company and better service. Point being NB Liebman, get workers who aren't so cold, judgmental and are truly happy to help a person, couple or family make a better home. I work in customer service and was shocked with Stevens behavior.

Last of about 6 places we visited.  Beth, the sales person that assisted us, was great with our two small children and was very knowledgeable without being pushy.  We really enjoyed the experience and got a great set of living room furniture at the end of it all.  Purchase and delivery went great as well.

DO NOT USE JOSE AS A SALESMAN. first let me say that I have had good experiences in the past with NB Leibman but this experience caught me off guard. My 4 year old decided she wanted a big girl bed for her birthday which was the day we went to NB Leibman. We went to NB Leibman since they usually have a lot of items in stock. We found what she wanted, told Jose our salesman that we had to have it today and that’s why we came here. He advised that was no problem and that the items was in stock. We went and borrowed a truck and went back to get her new bed. When we arrived Jose said we could not have the items because the pickup dock is closed on Sunday and Monday. After we told Him that we came here to get it today and made that Very clear he at the beginning of our encounter he simply said sorry, you can get it tomorrow. The item we were buying was a floor model that was already taken apart and I explained that I would place cash on the counter and carry it out myself. He again said that couldn’t be done because of liability. I told him that this was HIS screw up and something needed to be done. With a smug look on his face he just said, “there’s nothing I can do.” After my wife calming me down and a few other words with employees we eventually left with our item. I guess what I was looking for was a little compassion from Jose. He could have cared less. My guess is that I was not buying a high dollar item so I wasn’t worth the time. DO NOT USE JOSE AS A SALESMAN!!!

Sales associate seemed to be judgemental and very unhelpful, todays shopping experience there was very uncomfortable. Me and my wife explained what we were looking for and the salesman just walked away like we were not worth his time, so we went down the Pike to Wolf's Furniture. There they treated us with respect and were very helpful. Me and my wife purchased our bedroom set there completely satisfied.
