Love this place. I am an avid movie goer and I always go out of my way to see everything on the big screen and in 3D. I'm am always so happy when the movie I wish to see is playing at NCG. The theaters are always clean, the staff is helpful and pleasant, across the board their ticket prices are cheaper then any other, and I especially love the way they handle their concessions. It's the only time I purchase popcorn and drinks at a theater. The prices are reasonable and free refills👍😉 wow, you can't beat that!! Keep up the great work NCG, you rock!!!

Gone to see Black Panther with friends. The staff were young and very courteous as well as  professional.  Unfortunately the quality of the screen wasn't that great.  With some scenes, like the ones during the night it was hard to see the film's characters. Other than that the seats were comfy, the temperature in the theater was perfect.  Loved the film and am a fan of coming to the movies at NCG Theater.

This has been our theater of choice since they opened. Love their special days, loyalty program, and friendly staff. Additionally, the theaters are all large enough for a great screen experience and ample seating. Finally, love the streamlined approach of how they handle concessions. On our most recent visit, however, they did drop the ball a bit - 3 of the butter flavoring dispensers were empty, one drink machine was down completely and two others were out of Coke Zero flavor, which affects multiple other flavors. Still a great place over.

I really enjoyed my visit to your theater. Your staff was very professional. I commend you for the variety of movies shown, especially one that caders to your black audience. I was so happy the movie Black Panther was included in the cast of movies. Keep up the good work and you will keep huge numbers of movie goers. Thanks.

Overall this is a great community movie theater. That is what gets 4 stars from me. On the occasion that I am able to go to a theater closer to the city I realize the different and how much this one is lacking in. Snack options and amenities. I will say staff is great here and theater has been clean on all of my visits.
