Talk about unfair treatment. We were just there, went to go see a movie with my Fiance and her little brother and they had some rude young girl at the front telling people that the sprinklers went off and flooded the place. Okay, cool whatever, not a big deal, she could of been more polite, but i can deal with that, what really bothered me was as we were leaving they had someone giving other people free passes to come back. If I had it my way, i wouldnt come back.

The improvements are amazing! The seats are comfy and they're plenty of auditoriums. I recommend getting a medium popcorn for a $1 more than a small (the size difference goes from a bag to a tub.)

Went to today and the price was good but we got there early and bought our tickets and went to find seats there was 2 adults and 3 kids..there was no seats for all of us to sit together..was not splitting up the kids..so we had to leave and get our money back..it is nice but they should have bigger theaters or take count on how they sit people..would not go back again.

Great prices and experience! But when I scheduled my kids birthday party, they lost the info and didn't even have us in the system.  Tried to reschedule for another date but the person I'm charge of parties wasn't there and was supposed to call and never did. So we went elsewhere.

People were nice but this is my 3rd time here. This time it was absolutely  filthy.  If I came again and it was like this I'd leave. Tricites theater might not be fancy but it's clean.
