If you have nothing better to do than wait, go here. I made an appointment for a simple blood test. I arrived 15 minutes early and went thru registration easily. Was then taken to the lab waiting area and left after 40 minutes because my lunch period was ending. That's almost one hour for a simple blood draw that I didn't even get. I'm going to have my doctor send the order to Quest. If you make an appointment there ,you are done in about 20 minutes.

I had a collapsed lung and went to the ER. The ER doctor who performed my chest tube insertion was great. However the nurse who checked me in was not so good. Her attitude lacked any compassion and she seemed really unhappy so maybe something was going on with her or she was having a bad day. I had to stay for 5 days in the hospital. Overall I was so pleased with the doctors and hospital nurses and staff, it made up for it.

This place was nice except a lady name Joyce was rude, disrespectful. Never introduced herself, act like she didn't like her job and did not want to give her name. Never explained what she was going to be doing. You would think prejudice would be over with after 400 years but it was clear this lady did not like black people. I would never visit this hospital again. However, some people is better than this, but this lady should not be helping people, even an animal deserve more than how she treated me.

I recently had a triple bypass at NCH and must admit I was impressed. From the moment we arrived we were treated very well by a well organized and well trained staff. Any surgery that starts with a circular saw cutting your chest open is not going to be particularly fun but the hospital did the best they could to take care of all my needs. Since my return home I have had perfect at-home nursing and Physical Therapy care.

My experience at the hospital was great. Everyone is so professional and friendly and treat you with such respect. From the moment I came in for my out-patient surgery to the time that I left , I received the best of care. It is truly a wonderful hospital filled with a great, compassionate staff.
