I was looking at an older, used car. First of all, I was impressed that the lot was shoveled, and every car had been cleared of snow. Each car had been started and warmed up. We went to several dealers who hadn’t even cleared snow off of the hoods or windshields. 
TJ was very friendly, and very upfront. I asked him about cars and known problems and I felt he answered me honestly. I didn’t feel hassled or pressured at all. He really worked within what I was willing to spend. I hope to drive this van for awhile, but will consider them for further used cars!!

Needed a car to get around instead of my full sized truck.  Found something there and checked it out.  It needed some things, but was priced accordingly.  TJ was upfront and honest about everything.  I will check them out next time I'm in the market for a car.

I  understand you need to sell cars, i get that, but when you have someone willing to buy your car that day, and you wont budge on your price. Its listed at top dollar and its not in perfect condition by far, needs four new tires and its rusting you should be willing to work with the price, its been sitting on the lot for months. So good luck selling, you wont be getting my business nor will i recommend you to anyone.

Wow.  I have no words.  February 2 2015 - weekend snow fall of appx 10 inches.  I call first thing on Monday to tell them we have an appt. with our mechanic to have one of their vehicles checked over.  OHHHHHHH, says John at Neal Motors, tomorrow would be better...our plow is broke and we can't even get our own cars on the lot and blah blah blah.  I ask him why he can't get just that one car out and have it ready...well,  they will see what they can do.  I tell them I'll call back over lunch to see how they are doing.  SOOOOO...I call them back over lunch to see how they are doing and guess what?  Just guess!!!!! - "Oh, I'm sorry...that car was sold this morning!".  UNBELIEVABLE! They couldn't get it out for us to take to a mechanic, but boy oh boy, they didn't have any problem getting the car out to sell to somebody else.  Lesson Learned - stay away from Neal Motors.  And by the way, I guess I did have words after all.  What a way to conduct a business.
