I would give this place negative stars if I could.  Was told to check in at 11 was still in the waiting room at 12:15. The day of the shot Was only better by about 10 minutes. I was extremely frustrated. Two days after the shot my pain increased by 100% and muscle spasms had Increased by 100% as well. Called to make a follow up appointment I was told my doctor was on vacation and could not see a Another doctor for any reason. That’s fine everybody needs a vacation but if I was the doctor I would’ve said hey Im going on vacation and you can see a colleague while I’m gone. Instead of just deal with the pain for a few more weeks until your doctor gets back sorry! Not going back here.  You will not get treated good at this location  in fact being treated badly would be a step up.

DO NOT USE ! This place is horrible. They do not even deserve 1 star. I have dealt with them twice now. Both times I have found the staff to be very rude and have no bedside manner. When I called to talk to the manager about it, she blamed my aggressive behavior. My aggressive behavior was simply calling multiple times to check on them. As I found out that the insurance company had approved my MRI days before and they were telling me it hadn't. They did not like me telling them that it got approved apparently. They do not try to work with you at all. I will be finding another place because of their terrible service. The doctor was the only one that was pleasant. Until their manager cares about their horrible staff, they are not worth a damn.

Wish I could give 0 stars. First visit, Dr. Massey talked with me about Nebraska for about 5 minutes and then ordered an MRI, reassuring me "we could fix this." So I had the MRI...which turned up nothing. 2nd visit to discuss MRI results, Dr. Massey told me there WAS something small on the MRI and ordered physical therapy and an injection (time: 4 min). Total time with doctor: 9 min. Total bill: $965. End result: a referral to physical therapy. This is "Exhibit A" for why healthcare is so absurdly expensive in this country. This place is a scam and shouldn't be contracted with any insurers.

They yelled at my mom when she asked a question about my sisters back pain & why it wasnt improving.  Um thats a big problem. We went else where & she got real help.

Would not recommend  this clinic to anyone.  Amazingly  that when they find out the your parent is on Medicaid the quality of caring to help goes down.  Saw Dr Donavon once, and then the next two visits with her PA never saw the Dr at all. What ever happened to compassion and wanting to help!!!! they don't even deserve 1 star.
