They charge you an extra $25 for using the facilities even if you are having services done and don't bother to tell you until you are checking out. There is nothing posted about this policy. Deceptive policy at it's finest. I'm so disappointed.  I was having a nice time and that just ruined my day. I won't go back. Next time they'll probably charge for breathing the air. Bunch of deceptive liars.

Overall, great experience. The place is very reasonably priced, in my opinion. I spent 1.5 hours using the dry and wet sauna, relaxing in the lounge and just having some peace and quiet (well worth the $25.00 day pass). I used a group-on for a cut and highlight. GREAT DEAL. I will echo what other people said about the stylist Breezy. I had really long plain brown hair and she gave me a mid-length cut with layers and high lights. I have NEVER been more happy with a hair cut. It was so hard to even find a "before" picture because my hair was so plain I always wore it in a ponytail.  I think I will make Breezy my hair stylist from now on.

I love this place, I get partial highlights with Stacy for the past 2.5 years. Shes great! The salon is clean and the staff is very accommodating. Highly recommend this spa/salon to all friends and family.

I had a pedicure by Bree Z - she was great!  Great job and so friendly.  Made me feel so comfortable.  Very big, nice clean salon!

I went here today with a VIP 'day' groupon my husband bought me for Christmas. I had 4 services with 3 staff over about 3 hours. First up was one of the best 50 minute massages of my life with Sheri. I have a massage subscription elsewhere but she is so good I am thinking about cancelling it so I can subscribe as a VIP here. She used peppermint and eucalyptus oil on a tissue near my nose to help clear out my sinuses (after confirming I wanted it, of course). Her touch was also excellent and her deft hands on my face, hands, back, feet and elsewhere were top tier. I am currently pregnant and she adjusted the prenatal massage accordingly. After Sheri, I saw Stacy who gave me a soothing facial with aveda products. Since I normally don't get facials, I can't rate it. Her touch was gentle and relaxing. I think I even fell asleep for a minute or two near the end. After the facial, I was invited to use the shower / steam room / sauna (but warned the sauna wasn't good for pregnant ladies). When I was done relaxing with some hot tea with honey in the lounge room, I was guided by Brianna to get my final services, a hot stone pedicure and a hair treatment and blow-out. Brianna was a very nice stylist. I want to come back to see her for a cut and color, since her long blonde hair is like mine. I'm glad Groupon helped me discover Necessities. They seem to often advertise direct deals on Facebook that are as good as Groupon, so consider contacting them directly to book. Overall a very relaxing trip to the spa. I recommend.
