Been going here for over a year. Nunu and Amy are amazing! Definitely the best in the area! I have tried many places in Mercer County but none compare. Be ready to wait though as it is always busy. Appointments are better but even with one, be prepared to wait.

I'm a very unhappy customer. Here are the reasons why I am unhappy, I was there on Friday and waited for like two and a half hours (got there at 6pm and didn't leave till 8:30pm) but I did not complain just waited patiently. It was my fist time getting UV gel nails, only to return back on Tuesday because they were lifting up on the sides. Since it was clear I was able to notice it. I called and asked if they could fix it and they said yes. I go in and they only fixed one nail, the one that was most noticeable. I asked if I can get color polish or something else to compensate me, like put more of the UV gel or something but I felt ignored. It felt like they did not care about helping me to feel better about my experience or making me a happy customer. So I will never return to this nail shop again. I felt like I've given them too many opportunities to make me a happy customer and each time I'm left feeling disappointed.

DO NOT go here! Horrible service. I'm very disappointed in their recent service. I was a loyal customer, but their staff has taken a turn for the worse. If they mess up it's your fault. Don't expect for them to fix their mistake. Save the headache and go to a real salon with good customer service.

This place is unprofessional and disrespectful to people. I went with a friend to check the place out and I notice they don't clean the instruments they use. The people have bloody hands and feet when they leave and when you tell the owner they talk in there own language about you. I heard the owner tell the customer you can go to another salon if you don't like it. If you don't want an infection don't go here find your pretty designs some where else. I told my friend H.E. double hockey stix  NO I will not be coming here.

The older people that work there are more customer service oriented.  The young ladies are argumentative and unprofessional.  As far as the longevity of my gel manicure, it usually last and I wash my hands pretty frequently. The first time I went there I was bleeding on three of my fingers from the manicurist digging in my cuticles. My gel manicure lasted so long I decided to return a second time but made it clear to them that I didn't want to shed any blood during my visit. That visit went ok for me although I was disturbed by the manicurist arguing with another customer.  The next visit didn't go so well, the owner was annoyed because I didn't want that particular shade of green that SHE picked and everything went downhill from there.  The two young ladies teamed up on me and became very argumentative,loud and unprofessional. The older guy and older lady tried to defuse things but the young ladies kept igniting the fire. Not to mention, my big toe still hurts from her sanding it down to get the gel polish off. 
I was quite lenient by giving one star,  that's only because the older people tried to rectify the problem.
