I've purchased my car from them back in February and all I've had to do is change the oil the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I found it to be a wonderful wonderful experience. They also have an attached detail shop separate business but they're awesome as well :-)

I have to be honest. I don't ever leave bad reviews but.. I'm paying 300 a month for a Jeep I can't even drive. This 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee doesn't pass emissions. I've taken it back to lakeshore numerous times. 5 times at least.. For the same issue. Bart, the mechanic tells me its fixed. It just needs to go through a drive cycle. Tells me this every single time I bring it. Finally.. I take it to a jeep dealer because they clearly arent fixing the problem. The device that actually needs connected to DO the echeck was completely corroded and didn't even work. REALLY Bart? So basically they never ONCE ran a diagnostic to see what the problem was. Just kept unplugging my battery. This jeep is trash. It sits in my driveway while I spend hundreds here, hundreds there, trying to get it to pass. All the while paying them 300 a month so my credit doesn't get shot :-) thanks for the excellent customer service and wonderful safe vehicle.
