We hired these guys to help us move from our Condo to an Apartment only because I couldn't find anyone to help me move furniture so I needed some extra help. We explained that we only needed them to move furniture and a few boxes that may be ready to go when they showed and that we would still be packing other things but we would move them ourselves. When the movers showed up and saw we weren't fully packed they called their boss and then told me they couldn't move us because we weren't ready. I told them we were ready and they were only moving the furniture and the few boxes we had ready to go and that they would not need to wait for me to finish packing the other stuff. They tried to tell me it was unsafe because they didn't have a clear path but that was BS because I made sure everything they were moving had a clear path. Their boss called me while I was disputing it with the guy and offered to reschedule for some other time and also told me he would refund the $100 I paid to reserve them (which I just had to open a dispute with my credit card company because they never did credit the money back). I immediately let my wife know who was at our new apartment and she called the guy. One of the first questions he asked was if we had another entrance without so many stairs! If you really thought it was unsafe to move us why would you ask that. This indicated to us that his movers were just lazy and didn't want to move furniture down 3 flights of stairs. When she told him no he went back to claiming it was unsafe. Because this was the 1st of the month we were unable to find any other movers or even a rental truck that was free delaying our move to the following weekend. We are lucky that we own the condo and didn't have to be completely moved out by the 1st. If we would have been moving from an apartment we would have been screwed. Do not not hire these guys, especially if you live somewhere with stairs.

Horribly unprofessional. First question out of their mouths were "This is the only entrance?" Because there were stairs which when making the reservation 30 days prior I notified them of. After all we lived on the second floor and unless you have mastered the art of flying you're going to use the stairs. They after claiming it was unsafe because we "have too much stuff" and there were "No pathways..." changed their tactics to try and say it was unsanitary. Brand new moving boxes taped with packing tape...wooden book cases and a king size matress purchased a month prior? *Very* insulting as a Mom to be told that especially when it isn't true. The night before the moved we had a realtor IN the condo who freely looked in each room, closet, bathroom etc and inspected the remodeling projects taking place so it could be listed after we moved out. We are a homestudy approved adoptive family. That means case workers enter our home regularly and with out warning to ensure that it's suitable for kids to live in... and trust me unsanitary wouldn't fly. When we were able to finally secure different movers they were able to easily navigate in and out with boxes and furniture. Those same boxes and pieces of furniture that just the week prior were according to this company "unsanitary" and inaccessible and without adequate "pathways". (We literally left everything the way it was that morning since we had family in town and decided to focus on that rather than the move.) Clearly when their moving team walked off the job I was pretty upset and I own up to my part of the phone call where I believe I called the guy an a$Shole. He told me he would refund us the money and we could reschedule. I said we needed to move sooner than they could accommodate. However here we are almost a month later without our refund. I'm super bummed because originally I thought they were going to be great! However after speaking with several other moving companies about it seems this isn't all that uncommon. I highly recommend 2 men and a Truck. They cost more but are reliable, professional and kind.

Rome and his team were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. They were great about helping to wrap all the products and an all round great job. They made moving easy and friendly.

The gentleman from Neighbors Moving Tukwila branch were great. Rome, Taylor and Edgor were very professional, positive and work in a very timely manner to make my move an excellent experience. I would ask for them again.
