My girlfriend is having some work done by them. To bad she didn't get any other bids first. She thought she was going to have enough to remodel the house so she gave them the $2500!!! dollar retainer. After the money fell through of course you have to get something done or your throwing away $2500!!! dollars. So they worked out a bid for $15,000!!! to replace the front door and paint the living room(10' x 20') and entry(5' x 5') and fix an 6' x 6' patch in the living room. Since she had already obtained a bid the year before to do the front door ($9600). That would leave $5400!!! to fix a 6' x'6' patch and paint the living room and entry. Now since I've been around this industry my whole life the most for the patch is probably $1000 so that leaves $4400!!! to paint the living room and entry. WOW!!! Oh and here's the clincher since they wanted $2241 to skim coat those walls(also way over priced, that would be $7641!!! to paint a living room and entry). They worked out that she would patch the walls for them. Anybody that knows anything about this knows that this is most of the work. So in the end she will do the time consuming part of the work and they will fix a little patch and what about 20-30 hours for $5400!!!. WOW!!! Must be nice to be a Corporation. Oh and on top of that they didn't install front door. It's a subcontractor. I'm sure they got a nice chunk of that for his new green cabin on Mt. Hood and all the shareholders for there boat payment.

Suzie Atkin and Stan Friesen were great. They listened, shared their ideas, and were attentive to details. They remodeled our master bath and closet and we were so pleased with the results, we worked with them on a complete kitchen and laundry remodel. We appreciated their collaborative process, which incorporated our ideas and wants in addition to their design expertise. The recharging drawer and recycling center are great! Our remodeled spaces are beautiful and functional! They also made living in the house during both remodels do-able!

Neil Kelly did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen. Their work was completed on time and within my stated budget. The quality of the finish work is excellent, and the project manager and contractors were professional, talented, and respectful. I believe that Neil Kelly is also a VERY good value. Their initial estiate was very accurate, and there were no "surprises" or additional expenses. I am in a home built in the 20's and have had other work done in my home; Neil Kelly is the best I have worked with. The work that they did included all plumbing, hardwood floors, electical, counter and cabinets, and painting. The kitchen was, basically, gutted, then rebuilt. The overall result is exactly what I wanted...a beautiful kitchen that functions just as I wanted it to. Neil Kelly did a highly professional job for a very good price...I recommend them without reservations.

When we made the decision to conquer a kitchen remodel, it wasn’t a difficult decision to go with Neil Kelly. From the first meeting to the final punch list walk through, it was a great experience. Our designer, Janel Campbell, had vision and passion, and presented several wonderful ideas for us to ponder. When we made the decision on the design, she worked with us on finishes and extra touches that we had never considered. Janel worked closely with the suppliers to bring us numerous options and then worked with us to tie it all together. After the design phase we were presented with a project plan that clearly laid out the time frame for our remodel. It showed, in detail, what we could expect and when, and it was only eight weeks long. The Neil Kelly team worked like clockwork. From the first time they came to the house to put up a dust barrier (to keep the rest of the house from getting dirty), we were extremely impressed with their sense of urgency, their cleanliness, their punctuality, their craftsmanship and their professionalism. They finished the project on time and on budget. Many in the Northwest believe that Neil Kelly is expensive. But like everything else in this world, you do get what you pay for. Is it worth a premium to have a project be completed on time and on budget, all problems taken care of with no hassles, and to know that the company stands behind their work? We love our new kitchen and it was well worth the premium we paid. Without hesitation and condition I strongly recommend Neil Kelly.
