These asshats sent me a letter stating they wanted to follow up with me regarding selling them my home. They are either delusional or immoral. Maybe both!

Our brand new driveway was cracked in three places by Summit Development Group who admitted to breaking it. They met with both of us and made promises to repair the driveway - but have done nothing in 4 months. (Except lie, avoid phone calls, and stall when we can connect with them.) BUYER BEWARE before buying a house from them, they don't follow up. And for other homeowners who live near a Summit Development Project - BE CAREFUL OF YOUR HOME!. They damaged other's properties too, promised to fix and did nothing. Including inexpensive things like sprinkler heads. I would be cautious with buying house from them that the punch would never get done and more.
