It's nice but we didn't actually get to look at the store. One sales woman cornered us and even when we told her multiples times that we didn't need help finding anything, we were just looking for my friends registry, she still preceded to try to sell us items and just made us very uncomfortable. We left without anything

I Recently made a purchase, at the Chanel boutique inside Neiman Marcus. I had been on a waiting list for the item & was contacted by the S.A. She notified me via text message my item had arrived. The following day, full of eager excitement I made my 40 minute commute to pick up the long awaited Chanel piece. I asked for the S.A. that had initially contacted me, Flor but she was off that day. The lady that forcefully attended to me was Rachel. I asked for the item & she immediately (as she seemed rehearsed) said that item was not available. Instead of asking my name or if i had been contacted by her fellow sales associate on a waiting list. I start to pull my phone out of my purse to show her (yes I felt she didn't believe me) she then says "oh you mean you're here to pick up something?" As if she was not adequately servicing my needs due to my lack of wording. Silly. She brings out the nearly 3k item & did not seem very knowledgeable at all!!! I have purchased from the Chanel fashion house in other states at flagship stores and the service is impeccable! Information, wear & tear, warranty, ect...after all it is an investment piece. I asked questions I knew the answer to...she looked at me like i was lost..."i dont know". YOU ARE AN S.A. FOR ONE IF NOT THE MOST PRESTIGE FASHION HOUSE IN THE WORLD! How do you not know? Target associates know every nook of their products. I feel as though the buying experience is just as important as the item itself and that sour taste was starting to salivate. I completed the purchase...(btw no Chanel bag or white silk camilia packaging is offered inside NM stores) which I was not aware...yes I am those shoppers that love the ribbons, bag, details ect...why not? Needless to say my Chanel bag is still inside its packaging. 😓😕

Woman in Women’s Fragrances was beyond extremely rude. Then, when I asked for a Manager she blatantly lied to me in front of my husband and said there was no Manager there today. Amazingly enough, when she saw me on my phone getting ready to call the store from my cell phone....she found a Manager. He was useless as well. Said he couldn’t do the exchange because no sticker was on gift set. Guess what ......online purchases don’t get a sticker. Horrible service and a bunch of blatant Liars.
