I am going to file a complaint with corporate and contact the manager in the auto department. Nothing like leaving there feeling completely discriminated against for being a woman. "Will" you stood there behind the counter and chatted with another gentleman for a long time about which cars and BMW's tested better according to the internet while I stood there and waited with my 4 year old for service.  I said I needed multiple services for you to tell me this isn't a full auto service shop before even asking what I needed or wanted done. I asked for an oil change,  my headlights to be restored and my tire to be fixed. Only for you to make me feel like an idiot and that my needs were not warranted. You talked me out of the headlight restoration telling me it would take an hour and a half on top of everything else. You said you would contact me over the speaker when you were done. I literally hung around Walmart for almost 3 hours and then went to check on my truck. You didn't contact me to tell me I needed a new tire and that you couldn't patch the area that had a nail. Which is unsafe and I would have got a new tire. I also could have got the restoration of my headlights in that time too since you failed to tell me my car was done after 50 minutes.  Instead I was there 3 hours. You didn't bother to try the phone number I gave you. Shame on you. Even the woman at the counter when I picked up the truck was in shock at everything and it sounded like this is normal for you from what she said to me. Also next time you tell someone that everyone should know if their lug nuts has a lock keep in mind not everyone knows this information and I am pretty sure my 2003 didn't. But thanks.

I came in for caps for my car tires. The guy who was working in the back didn't understand what I was talking about. I looked through the automotive section and the bike section and couldn't find them. Weird. Check out is usually quick here. Staff is usually nice.

Had an amazing experience at the Pima location in Scottsdale. Amy in Jewelry helped my wife pick out a pair of sunglasses, a purse, and answered all of our questions. Our night could not have gone any better.

Amy B. in the Jewelry Department was absolutely amazing! She was patient, kind, and beyond helpful to me and others on this day. I commend her efforts as I've witness many nasty customers approach her. She is a VALUABLE ASSET to Walmart or to any Company she works for. Glad to see people of her caliber still exist.

It's worth the drive then my local walmart. Optmetry has a great selection of glasses. The store is clean and staff are friendly as well helpful but it does lack in baby and children's clothing.
