This is a great place if you love cat. Your stress will melt away and your heart will leap for joy. They have a good mix of friendly calm cats that like attention. Plus, some cats are adoptable. There is a limited supply of drinks and snacks but that's okay. The time goes fast as you bask in this cat haven. You can get some cute merchandise and remarkable pictures. Cat lovers will enjoy.
My friend surprised me and brought me to NEKO for my birthday last month. It is such a cool, cute little place! VERY clean and sanitary. The decor was fun. The cats were awesome! They were all friendly and cute. Simon and Sean were my faves. They have some drinks and food, not a ton of options, but let's be realistic, we're here for these cute felines! Unfortunately actually fortunately all the cats were either residents or already adopted. There's a similar dog place near here that we're going to do along with NEKO the next time we come up. Can't wait to go back!
Absolute waste of money with a high entry fee. Nothing like cat cafés elsewhere in the world and is basically just a front for an adoption society. You're paying to socialize their cats with people. Which is okay, but not really the same given the cost. Not a place you can relax, at all. No place to sit with your drinks, if you order one. The seating areas were low platforms with all the cat beds placed well away from them. Chairs at the bar couldn't be used because they had cat beds in them. There was a family with small children there who kept running back and forth between cats, irritating them, preventing anyone else from really touching or playing with them. The few cats who weren't involved with it didn't actually want attention. Took a few pictures, got to pet a few, stood around looking awkward for 20min. Staff did nothing except take your money, which was weird because there were about 5 of them in a single room. Cute cats, though.
Very comfy environment to come relax for a little while. Staff are always super friendly and help make sure everyone keeps their masks on and uses hand sanitizer. Check the menu for yummy snacks and come play with some kitties!
I went here for the first time on Wednesday and I've already been back 2 more times! The cafe is well designed and very cute for the cats and the guests. The staff are friendly and so are the cats! They also have some tasty drinks, I like the strawberry cider in particular! Overall I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!
Took my brother here for his 13th birthday and it was a wonderful experience! You can really tell the cats are well loved and taken care of, and have plenty of space to run off to if they aren’t feeling social. 45 minutes simply wasn’t enough time/flew by but obviously understandable to make sure the kitties don’t get overstimulated. Will definitely be coming back soon!!
Super fun. I don't know how they keep so many cats from being mean to each other but they seem really calm and generally sociable. We visited twice, once at noon and another day at 2pm. They were more interactive at the earlier time of day.
What a wonderful experience this was!!! My niece LOVES cats & they aren't able to have them anymore, so I wanted to make sure to plan a visit here when they came into town to visit. The staff was incredible, the peach kombucha on tap was AMAZING, & we had such a special time loving on these sweet babies. I even had a lap visitor for most of the trip, who didn't want me to leave which was amazing!
We had so much fun petting all the kitties. Very friendly staff as well. You can tell all the kitties are well cared for and their top priority.
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Great cat cafe in downtown Bellingham. Super sweet cats and friendly staff who know everything about the cats. The cafe is bright, airy, clean, smells great which is pretty unusual for a cat cafe and the cats were fun to interact with! Top Ramen is the chillest shoulder lounger I've ever met. Go visit, you won't regret it!
