We stopped here for breakfast and the place is very cute. The ambiance is modern and welcoming, and the service was delightful. On top of that, the coffee is amazing. With that said, the food left a bit to be desired. It is definitely fresh and well portioned, and I could tell that they're leaning into healthy eating, but the food is a bit on the bland side and just sort of unbalanced. We'd definitely come back for the drinks, but have had better breakfast in Bellingham.
I was so excited to finally get to visit Camber in person! Aesthetically speaking, this place is has a very modern and warm design. It equally as beautiful as it is welcoming. If we weren’t trying to see so much of Bellingham in a short amount of time, I definitely could’ve camped out here for a while. The staff was nice as well. I got a specialized iced latte I cannot remember exactly what it was., but it was absolutely delicious. And can we talk about the breathtaking artwork on the bags?!
This coffee spot is on a whole other level. It's a bit pricey but actually worth it. The juniper coffee was soooo good, the earl grey ice cube was a treasured treat to take it to another level. Hands down best coffee I've had. The breakfast sandwich was homemade and packed with flavor and keeps you full for hours.
Wow, not one but TWO great vegetarian breakfast biscuit sandwiches! The price might seem high as first glance $12 but their breakfast biscuits are a work of art and more than enough for a breakfast or lunch. We ordered the Standard without meat, adding avocado and the Earthly Delights sandwich. Both were great but the Earthly Delights was beyond delicious - such interesting flavors, and even fresh dill to top it off. Truly an impressive combination of ingredients. The Earthly Delights can be made vegan on request. The cookies were great too - we had the matcha cookie and lavender lemon shortbread. Staff were friendly and helpful. I visited at 9am on a Friday and there were only a few people inside and on the patio, with no line. TIP: Vax required for indoor seating THANK YOU! and I estimate about 20 seats available outside, some of it covered. EDIT: I visited a second time on a Saturday morning at about 9:30. There were several people here but still plenty of seating. We had the weekend special of a strawberry shortcake and it was incredible. Huge kudos to the chef! Note that there's a clean gender-neutral restroom available.
Had an iced oat milk latte and it was perfect. The scone and the avocado tartine was also excellent! Lots of great seating inside and outside… would highly recommend to anyone.
Beautiful, light-filled cafe, with excellent coffee swoon-worthy packaging and incredible breakfast biscuit sandwiches. The menu is more limited than usual because of Covid, but don’t miss lovely spot in the heart of Bellingham. Plenty of indoor and outdoor covered seating.
Always a pleasure. We got Earthly Delights breakfast sandwiches, the Apple of my Chai, In the Clouds, and a 1&1. Great spot to study, read, and enjoy. Staff here is always beyond stellar. One of our favorite weekend spots
Blueberry lemon cake is so good, coffee is definitely worth every sip!
Pricey but good coffee, café was packed when we got there - had to wait for people to leave to get a table.
Came here for an unsweetened matcha latte and food. Was disappointed the kitchen was not open, cause the menu really sounds divine! I will definitely come back someday to sample the kitchen. Ended up getting a hojicha latte with oat milk. Drinks were a bit pricey but I think it is worth it. I like these kinds of artisan coffee places for special treats to myself once a season or so, which this was one of those occasions. I'm from Everett and this place reminds me of Narrative from down there, so I was very pleased and knew my drink was in good hands. I love a place that serves matcha and its cousins without sweeteners or other powders mixed into it. I really prefer the earthy, toasty bitter flavor of green tea on its own and the hojicha didn't disappoint. The staff were also friendly, informed, and were ready to recommend me to another nearby restaurant that was open and catered to my dietary restrictions. The ambience of the seating area was also nice - lots of natural light and spacious arrangements. Overall pleasant experience!
