Horrible experience. I've tried to give this KBBQ a chance over and over and now it's time I've stopped. There are no customers, only our table. You'd think it'd be easy, but she disappeared so many times and happened to give us the only table without a button. The place seems pretty worn out and a little dirty too. She was really rude too! If you order any more meat than she gave you your first round, she'll look at you weirdly as if she's wondering why you're even ordering. The second time around, she was shocked as if she was offended. She pointed at the sign and warned us, but she didn't even give us a lot of meat on our last plate to begin with. The meat is pretty fatty too the first plate. Usually if it's pretty fatty, I just eat it, but there was waaaaay too much fat. Please go to another place. Not worth your time or money.

Last time we went here (July 18) we got the worst service. It was completely empty so we were the only people there and it took very long for us to get anything. But when we did, the meat had pieces of steel wool in it and the rice paper had FUZZ on it. Never coming back

Today I came back to nelbom korean buffet just to check if there is a progress to this restaurant after four years the first time I came , now for the 2nd time this restaurant hasn't changed its the same from before, still the service is too slow although I understand that only one server at this restaurant but still not woth it to come to this place, try for yourself so that you can see what exactly what im saying , I promise myself not to come back here anymore
