Nelson Dye just completed the total remodel of our kitchen. They were fantastic to work with. Great project management, skilled craftsmen and their sub contractors were amazing too.  Project came in on-time and on-budget. No surprises.  Extremely professional company. I highly recommend Nelson-Dye. The new kitchen is awesome!

Would have been nice to have gotten an in home estimate but over the phone and my price I was looking to spend was not enough for them to come out. They did not even come out to see how small my kitchen really is. I understand but I was willing to work and not do certain things. But I guess when they only work with big budget remodels I guess I was not worth their time.

Was not impressed with how I was treated on the phone.  
I felt I was not good enough to do business with them.  I explained what 
I wanted  she said someone would call and then no one called me back. It has been a long time since I felt treated this way.

I have been in the Tile industry my entire life owning  Creative Tile. I have done business with Nelson Dye for years and I can say they are a very professional company that dose everything possible to make there customers happy. I would recommend them to anybody knowing they are going to do a top notch job.
