When I initially saw Dr Denny he was very nice. Before my appointment he had read all about my history with my kidney stones to being diagnosed with msk. He was very helpful with monitoring my blood pressure and monitoring my pain with msk. But instead of taking care of my pain medication he asked my regular doctor to prescribe it. Than when I needed to up it from 100mg to 150mg a day which is quite low. He turned around and told me to go to a pain management doctor. Which wasn't needed for the mg I was using.. I felt I was pushed away and not taken care of. Which has been odd since he was so great about taking care of me at my appointment. I was excited to finally have a doctor that understood the pain of msk and who I thought was a great doctor.. I'm quite disappointed.

In the 8+ years I have been going there I have NEVER really been happy with this place. The office is dreary, from the pictures on the wall to the silly images on the lobby tv screen and we live in this country's most beautiful State. My original doctor there was an Indian woman and is no longer even there, she was a very poor communicator. Although my current doctor (Barklow) was excellent and I was very happy with him N.A. decided to change to an out of system lab which has resulted in my lab work costs becoming astronomical, which before the change were very reasonable. Current blood work minus urinalysis testing cost me 574.00 out of pocket expense now when they used to cost me $154.00 including urinalysis test. I also understand from my new doctor that N.A. was bought out by a foreign entity and that several other doctors there are or are going to be leaving. Why were the patients not told abut this buyout and why go to an out of system lab. Only an idiot would make that decision! The Doctors that haven't left are now covering six different offices and appointments have to be scheduled way too far in advance to be of any real flexibility. Just getting someone to answer the phone to schedule or change an an appointment is often a hassle and you often get an answering machine and then no call back. N.E. has clearly gotten too big too fast and with to few doctors and employees. If Dr. Barklow was smart he'd be setting up his own practice like several of the other EX - N.A. Doctors have done.

Fantastic group of doctors! Dr.Anand is highly recommended. Anytime I've called his office to ask a question they always have an answer. Then a few hours later the Doctor will call you back. I've just been really impressed with their service.
