I don't understand why the other two reviews on here are so negative. I've had severe asthma my whole life and finally decided to try immunotherapy. I ran an accelerated round when I first started to jump ahead 6 months and after a year and a half I rarely have symptoms (I even have a dog now - something I thought would have killed me). The doctors have always been great, I worked primarily with Dr. Smith initially. They have done a wonderful job. Of course it's pricey until you meet your deductible with your insurance provider, but it's been well worth it. I have recommended them to several people with asthma and allergy symptoms and they've had positive experiences too.

DO NOT GO HERE! I'll tell you what the person at the front should have told me before even beginning the business transaction: Your first visit will cost you $566, with or without insurance. If you want to go through the serum mixing program, it'll cost you $720 to get a serum mixed plus $550 per visit. You'll have to dedicate 3 days a week and 2 hours a day each week to getting the shots for the first few months. You'll also have to buy your own Epipen to take in, which we all know how much those are these days. You'll basically have to come in for a lifetime if you want the treatments to continue taking effect. It'll cost a whole lot of time and money! Please learn from my mistake and do not go here. Seasonal allergies are much better than getting taken advantage of.

I felt like the doctors were very knowledgeable, however, I did not have a good experience with these people. I felt like this place was strictly a business out there to make money. Here is why: I originally was quoted that my allergy shots would be free of any charge to me, however that ended up being untrue and I was asked to pay $240 but argued my way down to $120 since they made a mistake and misquoted me. Ridiculous that i even had to pay anything but whatever. After this, I felt like I had been taken advantage of so I slowing decided to no longer get my shots here. After making this decision, 2 weeks after not returning for shots, I received a bill for $540 dollars for allergy shot serum. I wasn't called or notified that this serum would be made and that i would be charged for it. I was extremely unhappy with that, and I tried to fight yet another unfair bill, but the doctors would only give me a % off leading to me paying $370. Completely ridiculous. I have never had this bad of an experience at a doctors office. I will never return and will never refer them. Also, the billing lady was extremely unprofessional and treated me like I was always in the wrong and that i should have known how they would be billing me regardless of what they told me. I dreaded calling and speaking to her. She was so hard to speak to and didn't care about my perspective of all the bills. Overall, I am very unhappy with the "care" i received and I wish i could go back in time to never attend this clinic.
